ABOUT

I’m Amanda Searle, a Jacksonville REALTOR® and Broker Associate with Cowford Realty & Design, and I’ve been helping Jacksonville buyers, sellers, and investors for over 20 years. Although my roots are in Jacksonville’s historic neighborhoods, I work all over – from the beaches to the suburbs and everywhere in between.

I earned my real estate license in 2004 and have built a career helping clients across all of Jacksonville and Northeast Florida – historic neighborhoods to new construction, from the beaches to the suburbs . Whether you’re drawn to one of Jacksonville’s incredible historic neighborhoods, looking for a beach community, settling into the suburbs, buying your first home, selling a property you’ve outgrown, relocating to Jacksonville, or building an investment portfolio, I’ve done it all and I know this market inside and out.

Expertise & Credentials

Florida Real Estate License: BK3110056 Brokerage: Cowford Realty & Design Specialties: Historic homes & Jacksonville’s historic neighborhoods, buyers, sellers, investors, relocation, new construction, multi-family properties Service Area: Jacksonville, FL and all of Northeast Florida

Over a career spanning hundreds of transactions, I’ve worked with every kind of client and every kind of property – single-family homes, condos, lofts, new construction, duplexes, triplexes, and multi-unit investments. I know the differences between Jacksonville’s neighborhoods intimately, which means I can help you find the right fit for your lifestyle and budget, not just the right house.

My background sets me apart from most agents. I studied interior design and architecture as an undergraduate and have graduate training in urban planning. When I walk through a home with you I’m thinking about structure, potential, neighborhood trajectory, and long-term value – not just today’s price.

I’ve also been recognized for my broader community work. I received the Green Hero Award from the U.S. Green Building Council of Northeast Florida and the Keep Jacksonville Beautiful Award from the Mayor of Jacksonville, reflecting my commitment to Jacksonville’s growth, preservation, and livability across the entire city.
